Greetings!  “Be strong and courageous.  Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” Joshua 1:9.  If it is going to school, going to college or going to see a doctor,  these words in Joshua are helpful, even to those who are dealing with drought, fires and hurricanes.  The presence of God and His Word is such a strength and comfort in many of life’s situations and circumstances.  Oftentimes when we hear or read these words, we say, “Easier said than done.”  But that’s where faith comes in.  We believe because God said it.  God wouldn’t have said it if it weren’t true!  We need to realize that:  I’m finite but God is infinite.  God is all powerful and I am not.  God knows everything but I don’t.  I say, “That’s impossible!”  God says, “All things are possible” Mark 10:27.  The Israelites are prime examples of this.  We walk by faith and not by sight.  How is your walk going?
